Prof. (Dr.) Mahadeo Jaiswal, the Founding Director of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Sambalpur, serves as the Executive Chair for Strategic Management at the Gnarly Troop Global Federation. A global academic leader and visionary strategist, he holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Delhi University, a PGPX from MIT (USA), and is a Senior Fulbright Fellow from Carnegie Mellon University. His expertise spans digital innovation, social entrepreneurship, and e-governance. With 100+ research publications and seven books, Prof. Jaiswal’s leadership strengthens Gnarly Troop’s mission of fostering innovation, youth entrepreneurship, and nation-building through the “Padharo Mhare Desh Bharat” initiative and the Troop’s 4C vision.
He has ALSO pioneered in introducing Flipped Classroom as learning pedagogy in India. He has been member of several expert committee of GOI and Industry.
