Major General (Dr.) J.S. Dhull, VSM (Retd.), a decorated officer and visionary strategist, serves as Strategic Leader at the Gnarly Troop Global Federation. With 37.5 years of distinguished service in the Indian Army, he has been honored with the Vishisht Seva Medal for exceptional leadership and dedication. Currently the Director of the Amity Institute of Defence Technology, he integrates defence innovation with academic excellence. Holding a Ph.D. in Human Resources, an MBA in HRM, and a B.Tech, Dr. Dhull contributes profoundly to Gnarly Troop’s mission of youth empowerment, national pride, and global cooperation through the “Padharo Mhare Desh Bharat” initiative.
