Mr. Siddhant, a young visionary, started his entrepreneurial journey back in college and now leads a diverse group of ventures focusing on Service driven solutions, Facility and Integrated Facility Management, Consumer Service Solutions, Consulting and Turnkey Construction Projects. MaintenanceHouse the flagship venture is carving up the future for a leading technology-driven service solutions is streamlining the on field operational solutions in India. It has successfully been able to provide services enabling property, asset owners and businesses across industries to maintain, operate and improve their assets with ease and pioneering a holistically driven process management solution.
We have been able to deploy solutions across multiple industries ranging from Home and Property Owners, Corporate Offices, Large OEM’s or Manufacturers, Hospitality Industry, Hospitals, Institutions, Developers, Property Consultants and CGHS / RWA’s or Apartment Complexes. We instill confidence whilst not providing traditional manpower contracts, instead we look to drive efficient processes.
By education, Mr. Siddhant, a graduate in Civil Engineering who initially worked with a leading global engineering, management and development consulting organization Mott Macdonald at Delhi and worked on key projects across the globe and also becoming the youngest managers in the company leading key infrastructure projects and developments. Siddhant completed a Fellowship at The Stanford Graduate school of business in 2015 and is also pursuing a masters in infrastructure management from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
The group, a self-funded and bootstrapped venture now looks to use its own revenues to scale on the back of business solutions led products to multiple cities and states. Since the field is in itself nascent and very few players have the infrastructure to offer a full stack solution for services and customer ended processes for OEM’s & Manufacturers, Brands, Retailers, Hospitality and Hospitality Solutions Ventures, E-Retailers and even Service aggregators. The MaintenanceHouse & HFM groups will now look to add even more depth to the solution and even the ecosystem as they now plan to implement their own skill development ventures in the social as well as commercial concierge and concessionaire developments. The Fiberfill Group on the other hand oversees a 31 year old legacy in the field of tailoring Interiors & Constructions requirements for over 300 clients across the country in multiple industries, Trading and Sales groups dominating the Insulations industry in the north and south zones with the leading manufacturers as distribution and channel sales modules.
