Leadership
The Leadership Team works in close partnership with the Board of Governors to set and implement the strategic direction for the GT20 Summit in line with the agreed mission, 4C's vision and values. The team is in charge of all operational matters in the organisation and reports to the Board of Governors, embassies and ministries through the Chairperson and High Commission.

Governance
The overall responsibility for the management of The GT20 Summit is entrusted to a Board of Governors, consisting of nine elected representatives of the Lifetime Members and Institutional members; up to three co-opted members, including up to two nominated by the Gnarly Troop Advisory Committee; the Secretary General of the Gnarly Troop; and 3 elected secretaries for Global Alumni Meet, Corporate Conclave And School Management Conclave. The Vice President of the Gnarly Troop is the International Relation Head of the GT20 Summit.The Board, in consultation with the Senior Leadership team, provides strategic and fiduciary direction to the organizing committee. It oversees operations and ensures compliance with the legal and statutory framework of the different countries for partnership and collaboration to work on international dialogues.
