Jaishree Khangarot exemplifies Young India's commitment to inclusive, comprehensive, and long-term development. She is motivated by her inner vision of creating a better society and is inspired by the humanistic spirit which synchronises seamlessly with the unwavering commitments of Gnarly Troop.

Completely abided by the core philosophy of Gnarly (Global Network for Active and Responsible Leadership amongst Youths) Troop which advocates global peace and prosperity through Climate, Community, Culture, and Cooperation, the dynamic and industrious Jaishree leads a diversified team of troops, which consists more than hundred young volunteers from 20 countries. Under her ardent leadership, they strive for community development, especially to improve the living conditions of rural people by providing them with quality healthcare facilities and safeguarding the environment they live in.

This young and exceptionally talented social leader is a graduate from the MDSU (Ajmer), Rajasthan and she is associated with Gnarly Troop since 2020. She cares much for healthy living and sustainable development of the nation. Her efforts for leading the troops for camping, internship, volunteering abroad, fund raising program, and youth exchange programs are immensely commendable. And the successful execution of these programmes is exemplary in creating a diverse social impact on society. In such fruitful campaigns, Jaishree plays the role of expert communicator with local communities. Her kind and humane approach was instrumental in adopting Bakhari Village in Paigambarpur Panchayat, Muzaffarpur and transforming it into a model rural setup with adequate infrastructure and livelihood conditions. Now, with Gnarly Troop, she is aiming to work for self-defense training and camps in villages of different states of India.

In 2022, India witnessed the first edition of GT20 Summit in Delhi where participation of many outstanding delegates from 20 different countries, including ambassadors, diplomats, professors, scientists, judges, young leaders, CEOs of public and private companies, entrepreneurs, global leaders, social workers, and youth icons. The Summit was aimed to bridge the global development divide and establish a society without borders where all young people have the right to education and sustainable development.

Jaishree played a pivotal role in making this summit a grand success along with her immensely dedicated troops. Now, with utmost zeal and passion Jaishree is working for the second edition of the GT20 Summit, which is scheduled to be held in Kathmandu in the month of October this year.
