Sumit is an Advocate (Gold Medalist) and a Chartered Accountant (First Attempt). An alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi, he is a seasoned professional with a rich and varied experience across multifarious industries and sectors.
He represents before all Courts & Tribunals including Tax Tribunals/Authorities, NCLT, Arbitrations, Consumer Courts, RERA, Trademark/Patent Authorities, Competition Commission, High Courts & Supreme Court. Sumit possesses vast experience in Drafting of Legal Opinions & Agreements including MoU’s, Business Agreements, Employment Agreement, Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement. He specializes in Income Tax, GST, Insolvency & Company Law, Prevention of Money Laundering, Cyber Laws, RTI, International Laws & Protection of Human Rights.
He has been recently appointed as Legal Consultant in Young Care Forum, Gnarly Troop.
